The images below show an exploration of my logo. I experimented with only using black and white to focus on form and negative space. In addition, I experimented with using the letters b and a to create a pattern that was dynamic and drew your gaze diagonally across the image.

These book covers focus on obscured type, illustrated type, and high-contrast design respectively. In addition, I learned how to format my design onto a physical book cover.

Didot typeface Poster. I drew inspiration from Vogue magazine covers and created three different compositions. I created a more illustrative letter style to construct my design around as an alternative to an image.

This mural design was a mockup for CLIF granola bars. I used halftones and two colors in varying tones in order to create a dynamic landscape mural.
